About the Game
Core-Ruption is a Sci-Fi, Adventure, Puzzle-based platformer inspired by the likes of Gravity Rush and A Hat in Time.
Set on the planet Danu, you play as Dr Aife Ophelia, as aliens attack her home planet and throw off the planet’s core. This causes mass destruction to her home and displaces the Danu’s inhabitants. Gravity is thrown off across the planet, and it needs to be restored in the planet core. Dr Ophelia is enlisted by the government to help restore the core – that is your prime objective.
About the Company
Women in STEM are an indie game development studio based in MediaCityUK, Salford. Officially founded in 2023, Women in STEM is composed of six talented individuals and is a female-lead studio.
